💼 About This Role

You'll lead clients through payroll implementation for Deel Local Payroll across Africa. You'll assess processes, configure the system, and ensure a smooth transition while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role combines deep payroll knowledge with client management in a high-growth SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct regional discovery and needs analysis with clients
• Configure Deel Local Payroll for country-specific regulations
• Design and execute data migration strategies
• Lead parallel runs and validate payroll accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll system implementation experience
• BCom or related degree
• Deep understanding of South African payroll laws
• Experience with payroll systems and client-facing project management

• PMP or postgraduate qualification
• Experience with African payroll beyond South Africa
