Description

You will be the welcoming face of GROPYUS, assisting customers, business partners, and suppliers at the reception while coordinating goods and delivery traffic at the factory entrance. You will also record movements in SAP, provide temporary warehouse support, and manage administrative processes, contributing to our mission of reinventing construction with sustainable, affordable homes.

Requirements

• Professional experience in reception or hospitality
• Vocational training in commercial/administrative field preferred
• Confident use of MS Office and Outlook
• Experience with SAP Warehouse IM WM ideal
• Fluent German and good English

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, business partners, and suppliers at reception
• Coordinating goods and delivery traffic at the factory entrance
• Recording and posting goods movements in SAP ERP
• Providing temporary support in warehouse management
• Organizing administrative processes (mail, office supplies, travel)
