You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, handling support requests via phone, email, and chat. You'll drive resolution of delivery, account, and system issues while coordinating across teams. This role is 100% onsite in Richardson, Texas.

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or similar fast-paced environment
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
