💼 About This Role

You'll step into Montessori classrooms to support children ages 0-6 and maintain a calm, engaging environment. You'll assist with daily routines and collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of care as an on-call substitute. Many substitutes go on to become full-time Assistant Teachers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and activities across mixed-age groups
• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
