Description

You will lead the Quality and Food Safety department, ensuring compliance with SQF, NOP, and FBM standards. You'll manage a team, drive continuous improvement, and act as the primary SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator.

Requirements

• Experience in food safety and quality management
• SQF Practitioner and HACCP Coordinator certification
• Leadership experience managing multi-level teams
• Strong understanding of FDA/USDA regulations
• Root cause analysis and CAPA management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor Quality Engineers and Supervisors
• Define and track departmental OKRs and KPIs
• Lead SQF system development and maintenance
• Serve as primary contact for audits and regulatory compliance
• Oversee mock recalls and traceability exercises
