• Analyze and map business processes using BPMN
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Support rollout of new features and coordinate feedback
• Identify pain points and suggest process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Data-driven with strong numerical and Excel skills
• Process thinking and improvement aptitude
• Adobe package knowledge mandatory
• Fluent English (Spanish and French valued)
