Description

You will drive one of the most strategically consequential programs in DEeP, owning the Extensibility platform across Scripts, Custom Objects, and Workflows. You'll set program strategy, drive cross-org decisions, and own the critical path to major launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience with complex cross-organizational programs
• Strong product sense and understanding of enterprise customer needs
• Ability to communicate across engineering, product, and executive audiences
• Proven track record of driving decisions and aligning cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-org decisions across teams in Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning
• Own the critical path to major launches, shaping scope and negotiating trade-offs
• Influence and shape product and engineering roadmaps with a program-level perspective
• Support ProServ and Partnerships by surfacing their requirements into the roadmap
• Resolve ambiguous integration and ownership questions that fall between team boundaries
