Description

As a Clinical Lab Supervisor at Natera, you will oversee daily lab operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with CLIA/CAP guidelines. You will coach and evaluate team members, resolve issues, and collaborate with management to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a clinical lab setting
• Knowledge of CLIA/CAP regulations and good manufacturing practices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staffing, scheduling, and sample run schedules
• Ensure production work meets department goals and SOPs
• Supervise training for new hires and monitor adherence to safety procedures
• Handle employee issues, performance reviews, and maintain team morale
• Document nonconformance reports and assist with CAPAs
