🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform ear piercings with sterile technique and client education.
• Coach team on sales targets and customer experience standards.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and studio compliance.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop studio staff.

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license.
• 3-5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and optimize profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
