You'll lead the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for complex, high-dollar contracts in the Northeast Region, ensuring long-term retention and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to drive retention goals and present ROI to C-level executives. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage the subscription renewal process for assigned customers
- Identify at-risk signals and build mitigation strategies 9-12 months prior
- Present ROI and business impact to C-level executives
- Lead pricing strategy and negotiations for renewals
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer-facing role
- Executive presence to synthesize complex data for leadership
- Proven experience operating cross-functionally with Customer Success
- Comfort negotiating complex enterprise license agreements

- 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience
