You'll lead the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for complex, high-dollar contracts in the Northeast Region, ensuring long-term retention and identifying expansion opportunities. You'll collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to drive retention goals and present ROI to C-level executives.   • Manage the subscription renewal process for assigned customers
  • Identify at-risk signals and build mitigation strategies 9-12 months prior
  • Present ROI and business impact to C-level executives
  • Lead pricing strategy and negotiations for renewals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer-facing role
  • Executive presence to synthesize complex data for leadership
  • Proven experience operating cross-functionally with Customer Success
  • Comfort negotiating complex enterprise license agreements

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent business experience
