Description

You will manage the monthly close process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting across multiple global business units. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits, and help ensure accuracy in financial records.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Direct experience with Sage Intacct highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and account reconciliations
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and Fixed Asset/Prepaid Expenses module management
• Assist with intercompany reconciliation and billing, A/R and A/P subsidiary reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules for month-end close
• Maintain and audit master data in Sage Intacct, investigate reporting discrepancies
