You'll ensure the reliability and performance of autonomous vehicle fleet systems at Waymo, a leader in self-driving technology. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with engineers to build reliable systems for autonomous vehicle operations
• Manage end-to-end availability and performance for core fleet services
• Design and implement software for system architecture, telemetry, or deployment
• Serve as first responder for fleet and supply infrastructure incidents

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years architecting and maintaining mission-critical systems in C++, Java, or Python
• Experience defining SLIs/SLOs/SLA frameworks
• Proven ability to lead deep-dive performance profiling and large-scale refactoring
• History of mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
