You'll lead the LLM team at EverAI, architecting and shipping models that power a platform with 80M+ daily tokens and 50M users. You'll own the model lifecycle from fine-tuning to deployment, building nuanced moderation systems. This role offers massive scale and production-focused challenges in the uncensored AI space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and optimize core chat loop for latency and context management
• Drive SFT and RLHF/DPO strategy for model alignment
• Build custom classifiers for context-aware moderation
• Mentor and lead a team of 3 AI engineers

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Production LLM experience shipping features to millions of users
• Proficiency in Python/PyTorch** and LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace)
• Experience with alignment and fine-tuning techniques

• Experience with uncensored or NSFW content moderation
• Knowledge of RAG systems and memory retrieval
