You will lead IT due diligence and separation strategies for M&A transactions, working with private equity firms and Fortune 500 brands. Manage complex projects from requirements to ongoing support, driving IT modernization and client relationship management.

Requirements

• 4+ years Big 4 or professional services experience
• Technology consulting in IT Due Diligence or IT M&A
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Cloud (M365, Azure)
• Experience with IT M&A transaction lifecycle
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead IT due diligence and separation strategies for M&A transactions
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure business continuity during IT platform mergers
• Drive development of IT M&A methodologies
• Modernize legacy systems via Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud migration
• Lead large, complex projects through full lifecycle
