💼 About This Role

You'll provide commercial heating and cooling service for Packaged RTUs, Split systems, Chillers, heat pumps, boilers, etc. You'll coordinate with the office via an electronic scheduling system and obtain customer approval. This role offers a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 and relocation assistance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Service commercial heating and cooling equipment like RTUs, chillers, boilers.
• Open and close jobs in electronic scheduling system with notes.
• Obtain customer approval for work and payment on-site.
• Maintain clean vehicle, job site, and professional appearance.

📋 Requirements

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems such as RTUs, chillers, boilers.
• Ability to use electronic scheduling systems for job documentation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for company truck.
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with chillers and boilers.
• Previous experience as a lead technician or mentor to apprentices.
• Knowledge of VRF systems or building automation.
