• Drive structured cost-out and value engineering initiatives across the supply chain.
• Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic supplier relationships.
• Lead negotiations including should-cost analyses and TCO evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance on sourcing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain within mechanical engineering.
• Strong track record in cost optimization and supplier management.
• German language skills are a strong advantage.
