You'll join Kong's Customer Experience team to enable customers leveraging APIs and microservices for their business initiatives. You'll build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities across a portfolio of commercial customers. 🎯 What You'll Do
- Coach customers throughout their lifecycle with cross-team collaboration
- Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies
- Work with Sales and Product teams to maximize solution value
- Innovate tooling and processes for team efficiency
📋 Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software
- Good understanding of complex technology environments
- Strong organizational skills to drive effective customer outcomes
- Builder mentality with problem-solving approach
