You'll join Kong's Customer Experience team to enable customers leveraging APIs and microservices for their business initiatives. You'll build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities across a portfolio of commercial customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Coach customers throughout their lifecycle with cross-team collaboration
  • Define adoption plans and post-sales engagement strategies
  • Work with Sales and Product teams to maximize solution value

📋 Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role within SaaS, Open Source, or Infrastructure software
  • Good understanding of complex technology environments
  • Strong organizational skills to drive effective customer outcomes
  • Builder mentality with problem-solving approach
