💼 About This Role

You'll own the Name Screening and Payment Screening product area at Ebury, working at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data. Your core impact will be optimizing vendor integrations, matching logic, and AI-driven false-positive reduction to enable safe, scalable access to global financial services. This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the name and payment screening product area across customer onboarding and transactions.
• Define strategy and roadmap aligned with financial crime domain goals.
• Optimize list sources for sanctions, PEP, and adverse media.
• Partner with compliance and engineering teams for effective controls.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager.
• 2+ years working on Screening products.
• Strong understanding of name and payment screening concepts.
• Experience with third-party screening vendors in regulated financial services.
