You'll connect participant interests to real-world opportunities, guiding them toward long-term workforce success and reducing recidivism.

- Ability to balance firm accountability with genuine empathy
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in documenting case notes and tracking data
- Resilience in overcoming obstacles and focusing on end goals
