You will help individuals coming out of incarceration rebuild skills, confidence, and stability through direct service roles like Job Developer, Job Coach, or Life Skills Instructor. You'll connect participant interests to real-world opportunities, guiding them toward long-term workforce success and reducing recidivism.

• Ability to balance firm accountability with genuine empathy
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in documenting case notes and tracking data
• Resilience in overcoming obstacles and focusing on end goals
