You'll run insurance and health services processes for Alan, a health partner uniting insurance and healthcare. You'll ensure daily operations, flag risks, and implement continuous improvements. This role offers impact across multiple teams and countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate invoicing and claims treatment processes
• Manage network of providers and support internal teams
• Monitor volumes, efficiency, and SLAs
• Supervise partnerships and ensure business continuity

📋 Requirements

• Experience in operations or similar role
• Ability to monitor and improve processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Fluent in English and one of French/Spanish/Dutch
