- Comfortable building and leading a team while remaining hands-on with planning, optimization, and partner management

Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value paid media partners across Paid Social, Expert Authority Media, Retail Media Networks, and AI-driven advertising platforms
- Translate client objectives into integrated paid media strategies and partnership plans aligned with performance goals
- Lead lifecycle marketing: analyze customer data, create targeted campaigns, and manage CRM to improve retention
- Manage a portfolio of strategic media relationships as key point of contact for performance growth
- Coach and develop team members while leading reporting and optimization for client programs
