You'll be the operational core of Veloq, covering executive support, business operations, and internal systems for a fast-scaling startup. You'll work directly with the CEO and own end-to-end processes. This role offers real ownership over your function and equity in a category-defining company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own travel coordination and meeting logistics for leadership
• Manage contracts, invoicing, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate company presence at industry events and trade fairs
• Build and maintain internal tools and project management stack

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, EA, or people operations in a startup
• Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail
• Natural problem-solver who fixes things before being asked
• Comfortable managing up and across in senior stakeholder environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced startup (10-100 people)
• Event management or trade fair coordination experience
