🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client onboarding and implementation of Level AI products.
• Understand client business objectives and technical requirements.
• Facilitate data integrations and configure AI solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role.
• 1+ years delivering successful customer implementations.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Strong project management skills with multiple projects simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with CRMs such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with intent-based and generative AI.
• Experience with telephony systems like AWS Connect, Five9, Genesys.
