💼 About This Role

You'll join MYOB's team in Sydney to ensure regulatory compliance within financial services, superannuation, and payments. You'll integrate strict compliance practices into daily operations and collaborate with leaders to promote a culture of compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the Compliance Team to roll out and maintain MYOB's compliance framework
• Manage compliance registers, controls and reporting to meet regulatory obligations
• Provide practical compliance advice to leaders across product, technology and operations
• Coordinate monitoring, testing activities, and prepare reports for executives and regulators

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory in financial services or fintech
• Proven grasp of Australian regulatory frameworks (ASIC, AUSTRAC, ACCC, Privacy, AML/CTF)
• Established capability in supervising compliance frameworks and obligations registers
• Relevant qualifications in law, commerce, finance, risk, or compliance
