Description

In this role, you will ensure accurate biweekly payroll, seamless benefits administration, and compliance with regulations. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, and vendors while maintaining confidentiality and providing outstanding employee support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of payroll experience; benefits experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HR platforms (UKG or similar preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Process accurate and timely biweekly payroll and quarterly board compensation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations
  • Facilitate benefit orientations and 1:1 benefit election meetings
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and resolve discrepancies
  • Support ACA reporting and annual enrollment activities
