🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
• Partner with Sales, BD, Finance, and Product on deal structure
• Provide business-oriented legal advice on contract risk
• Develop scalable contract templates and negotiation guidelines
• Support continuous improvement of contracting processes

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2–6 years of legal experience with commercial transactions
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
