🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead three engineering directors and their teams
• Own execution system including planning, cycles, and release coordination
• Shape team boundaries and interfaces for minimal coordination overhead
• Operationalize AI-native engineering practices daily

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in engineering leadership roles
• Experience building and running an engineering organization of 40–100 engineers
• Track record of scrappy execution in imperfect conditions

• Experience with hybrid SaaS and on-prem delivery models
