You'll provide ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, using creative, high-movement methods to teach communication and daily living skills. You'll collect progress data and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure each child thrives. This part-time role offers free advanced training and ongoing BCBA support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 1:1 with children in their homes

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience working with children
• Pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• High-energy and comfortable being playful with children

• Proof of 40-hour Behavior Technician training course
• Previous ABA therapy experience
