Responsibilities
- Design and drive lifecycle marketing programs for enterprise customers to deepen engagement and accelerate expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and R&D on growth opportunities
- Develop segmentation and customer journey frameworks for executive and professional profiles
- Leverage data analytics to measure account health, engagement, and expansion potential
- Lead customer advocacy initiatives (case studies, video testimonials, analyst references) and define content strategy aligned with adoption journeys
