🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve global outage standards for LM6000, LM2500, LMS100 turbines.
• Drive deployment of Live Outage digital solutions across field operations.
• Enforce Lean-based standard work and execution frameworks globally.
• Own SQDC metrics and lead structured operational reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 11+ years in power generation or field services with leadership impact.
• Strong background in gas turbine maintenance or outage execution.
• Deep understanding of Lean methodologies in industrial contexts.
