💼 About This Role

You'll lead warehouse operations for a high-volume B2C fulfillment center, supervising teams in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Your core impact is driving productivity and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment supporting Coupang's same-day delivery mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily warehouse operations in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Standardize procedures to improve efficiency and resolve grievances
• Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure workflow alignment
• Train new hires and document performance in the first week

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory warehouse experience
• eCommerce experience highly desired
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems with sound judgment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
