You'll direct, plan, and implement educational offerings for the Home Health care team. You'll assess staff learning needs and deliver on-boarding education to new clinicians. This role offers a base salary up to $130k with a comprehensive benefits package.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver on-boarding education for new clinicians.
• Conduct ongoing evaluation of on-boarding effectiveness.
• Plan and provide clinical in-service programs based on outcome data.
• Assist clinical managers with competency requirements of field staff.

📋 Requirements

• Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist license in Hawaii.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
• Four-year college degree.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

• 2 years of home health experience.
