Description

You will create and develop accurate 3D models to support estimating, coordination, and construction workflows throughout the project lifecycle. You'll collaborate with other trades, maintain model geometry, and apply QA/QC standards to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience or technical education in BIM, CAD, drafting, engineering, or construction
• Strong spatial understanding and ability to interpret 2D documents into 3D geometry
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Organized and able to perform detailed technical tasks
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or construction systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create discipline-specific 3D models based on design intent and project requirements
• Utilize Navisworks to coordinate model content with other trades
• Maintain organized model geometry and apply QA/QC standards
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and field inputs for 3D model accuracy
• Identify modeling issues or conflicts and communicate for resolution
