💼 About This Role

You'll perform helper duties in the Service Department, including disassembling and cleaning Caterpillar equipment. Your work supports build better communities through equipment maintenance. You'll attend assigned training classes and gain hands-on experience in a family-owned company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble Caterpillar and allied products
• Measure and identify parts for reusability or replacement
• Attend training classes and obtain passing grades
• Complete service reports per HPC standards

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record
• PC skills
• Forklift certified or able to certify within 60 days

• Own hand tools suitable for the work
