You'll own full-cycle recruiting for business and GTM roles at a fast-growing identity and risk solutions company. You'll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing market insight and strong judgment to every search. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly shape hiring strategies and help build high-performing teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for business and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on market insights and hiring decisions.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies for business and technical roles.
• Manage pipelines, funnel metrics, and process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in tech or high-growth startup.
• Strong experience hiring for business/GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, etc.).
• Track record of influencing hiring decisions and closing candidates.
• Experience using data and funnel metrics to drive recruiting outcomes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring or supporting other recruiters.
• Experience using Ashby ATS or similar tools.
• Located in Austin and willing to work from office.
