💼 About This Role

You'll drive high-volume recruitment for supply chain and warehouse roles at Spreetail's AVP Fulfillment Center. You'll execute full-cycle hiring for 50+ roles per month, lead on-site hiring events, and champion a positive candidate experience. Key skills include aggressive sourcing and relationship building with hiring managers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for 50+ roles monthly in supply chain and logistics.
• Facilitate on-site Open Interview Days and hiring events.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and community partnerships.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with a focus on quality and speed.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly roles.
• On-site logistics expertise in the DFW talent market.
• Experience managing high-traffic interview schedules and efficient screenings.
• Strong relationship building with hiring managers and candidates.

• Supply chain or light industrial recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with fulfillment or distribution center roles.
