You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms as an on-call substitute, helping maintain a calm, engaging learning environment for children ages 0–6. This flexible role is ideal for those seeking part-time hours while making a positive impact. No formal Montessori training is required and training is provided.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
