🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Develop business processes, calculated fields, and advanced reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Time Absence issues, ensuring compliance.
• Partner with payroll, IT, and HR teams for seamless integrations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Time Absence modules and Core HCM.
• Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Jira.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
