💼 About This Role

You'll own product marketing at a fast-growing retail tech startup, defining positioning and sales enablement for a complex RFID+AI platform. Your work directly helps the commercial team close deals with enterprise retailers like American Eagle and Gap. You'll build battlecards and ROI frameworks that are used in active deal cycles.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Define product positioning and messaging for segments and buyer personas
  • Build and maintain sales enablement library including pitch decks and battlecards
  • Own competitive intelligence and synthesize implications for positioning
  • Lead product launch process coordinating messaging and internal readiness

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience
  • 3+ years in B2B enterprise context
  • Experience building sales enablement library used by commercial team
  • Strong competitive intelligence and messaging translation skills

  • Experience in retail technology or enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with RFID, IoT, or physical-world sensing
