💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical accounting and external reporting for a biotech preparing for IPO. You'll establish SEC processes, oversee equity accounting, and partner with the CFO and Controller. This role offers the chance to scale accounting operations for a public transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish scalable SEC reporting processes (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Serve as primary technical accounting authority for complex transactions.
• Lead equity accounting and equity program management.
• Mentor and grow a team of accounting professionals.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years of experience, with 10+ in biotech.
• Big 4 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with private-to-public company transitions and follow-on offerings.
