You'll join Collibra's Education team to optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) and architect the education data pipeline. Your work will empower global customers to master Collibra through seamless learning experiences. This hybrid role offers the chance to implement AI-driven solutions at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize the external-facing Learning Management System (LMS) and integrations.
• Architect and monitor the education data pipeline from LMS to data lake.
• Automate core learning operations like badge issuance and certification enrollments.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to personalize the learner journey at scale.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing enterprise LMS platforms (Docebo preferred).
• Proficiency with REST APIs or Python for systems integration.
• Experience building automated workflows with middleware tools like Zapier or Workato.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Docebo LMS.
• Knowledge of AI and LLMs for learning operations.
• Experience with learning data pipelines and analytics.
