You'll join Coupang's Rocket Now food delivery team to resolve critical incidents and manage business risks. Your work will directly protect customer trust and service reliability in a high-growth environment. You'll handle external complaint resolution and policy development for a leading app.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle and analyze critical issues for Rocket Now
- Establish policies for critical incidents and abuse cases
- Monitor service risks involving customers, merchants, and riders
- Support external complaint handling and recurrence prevention
๐ Requirements
- Business risk analysis from Legal and PR perspectives
- External affairs or public-facing issue resolution experience
- At least 2 years in customer support or external complaint handling
- Experience developing rapid response strategies for urgent situations
โจ Nice to Have
- Retail, e-commerce, or logistics industry experience
- Data analysis or service planning skills
- Korean language proficiency
