📋 Requirements

• 3+ years leading or managing sales teams in high-volume environments.
• Proven experience overseeing both inbound and outbound sales functions.
• Strong expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
• Excellent English communication skills for coaching and feedback.
