💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of a Secureframe product area, from early research to pixel-perfect UI and engineering handoff. You'll help iterate on design processes and influence team culture as a remote-first company with hybrid NYC option.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end workflows for audits, compliance readiness, and frameworks.
• Own design from problem framing to high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff.
• Partner with Product Managers to clarify requirements and scope solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system (Castle) for consistency and speed.

📋 Requirements

• End-to-end product design experience from discovery to engineering handoff.
• Proven ability to design complex B2B SaaS workflows in regulated domains.
• Excellent systems thinking and attention to detail for scalable experiences.
• Fluency in Figma and experience contributing to a design system.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience designing for Security, Compliance, or Audit domains.
• Exposure to federal compliance workflows (CMMC, FedRAMP, GovCloud).
• Experience mentoring other Designers or leading cross-functional initiatives.
