You'll design end-to-end customer solutions as a trusted advisor, leading discovery sessions and ensuring alignment between business needs and product capabilities. Your work will drive scalable implementations for a $250M SaaS business serving 12 vertical markets. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to shape the data foundation powering growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to understand client objectives.
  • Design scalable customer solutions aligned with product capabilities.
  • Own solution integrity through onboarding and implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales on complex opportunities requiring solution expertise.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in solution consulting or implementation consulting.
  • Understanding of financial/accounting processes (GL, AR, AP, revenue recognition).
  • Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software implementations in client-facing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
