💼 About This Role

You'll support customers using the Twilio platform, acting as a subject matter expert on Twilio's APIs and SDKs. Your core impact will be resolving complex customer issues and providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape the future of communications from anywhere in India.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Address customer issues and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
• Resolve complex problems with customers' developers and architects.
• Troubleshoot Quality of Service (QoS) issues.
• Collaborate with teammates via Slack and file JIRAs for bugs.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of Technical Support Experience.
• Full-Stack Javascript Tech Support with server-side and client-side code troubleshooting.
• Object-Oriented Programming concepts understanding.
• APIs, HTTP Protocol, and RESTful services knowledge.

✨ Nice to Have

• WebRTC understanding.
• Experience with Node.js, C#, Java or Python.
• React.js experience.
