You will manage inventory of assigned markets, source and negotiate Letters of Intent, and perform site selection and market analysis to support growth. This role offers immediate impact in a fast-paced environment at Carvana's headquarters in Tempe, AZ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field
• 3+ years commercial real estate experience
• Experience with CoStar or commercial MLS
• Proven negotiation skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of assigned markets with autonomy
• Source, research, draft, and negotiate Letters of Intent
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, and officials
• Perform site selection and market analysis including demographics
• Present market summary reports to senior management
