💼 About This Role

You'll design the suite of tools used by trucking and logistics companies to activate and manage daily operations for a fleet of self-driving trucks. Your work directly impacts the safety and efficiency of autonomous freight. This role offers the chance to shape the customer experience blueprint for a pioneering self-driving technology company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the customer experience blueprint for autonomous freight operations.
• Design customer-facing digital tools across web, mobile, and partner integrations.
• Conduct research to generate actionable insights driving product decisions.
• Manage and develop one Product Designer.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with complex multi-workstream projects.
• Experience formally managing other designers.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end work for complex enterprise or operational systems with business impact.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and UX research.

• Experience with autonomous technology or hardware-software integrated products.
• Ability to use AI across the design lifecycle.
