You'll lead the development of Deel's global pipeline and revenue model, leveraging AI-driven automation and advanced analytics to optimize performance. You'll directly influence business outcomes by scaling pipeline acceleration tactics and improving conversion metrics across multi-channel campaigns.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead strategic tool evaluation and implementation across the revenue organization
- Design and iterate an AI-orchestrated pipeline engine for multi-channel acquisition
- Partner with senior leadership to operationalize go-to-market strategies
- Govern revenue tech stack performance (Salesforce, Outreach, LISN)
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years in sales operations or strategy & ops at a high-growth SaaS startup
- Hands-on problem solver with a builder's mindset
- Experience with modern CRM and automation tools (SFDC, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical proficiency with Excel/G-Sheets, SQL a plus
