🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for $40M+ technical spend
• Lead and mentor a team of procurement managers and expeditors
• Oversee purchase order execution, fulfillment, and delivery
• Strengthen demand forecasting and inventory management processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain or technical procurement
• Proven leadership overseeing procurement or supply chain teams
• Knowledge of marine technical components and global supply markets

• Maritime or cruise experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/EAM systems
